1st International Workshop in Hernia Surgery

 

Target group
Trainees and practicing surgeons who have basic laparoscopy skills and are interested in a certifying course

Contents

A two-day intensive certifying program offering a comprehensive course on the surgical management of inguinal hernia and ventral hernia.

The course offers up-to-date didactic sessions, televideo conferences and hands-on animal surgery.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  1. To identify the different criteria for open and laparoscopic hernia surgery;
  2. To enable the participants to learn the technical aspects of each hernia procedure;
  3. To provide basic competence in initiating a laparoscopic hernia surgery program.
