1. Registration Please send us your registration on a completed registration form. You can also register in person or on the phone, but should then confirm your participation in writing. Your registration will become binding when you receive our return confirmation. All registrations will be entered in the order of receipt. Approx. 8 weeks before the event you will receive an invoice. The participation fee becomes due 14 days from the invoice date and we should receive your payment no later than 4 weeks before the event. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to let another interested party have your place.
2. Cancellation terms If a participant cancels his/her registration 4 weeks or more before the beginning of the event, the participation fee will be reimbursed in full. If this is not acceptable to the participant, we shall charge an administration fee of 10% or at least € 30. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the event we reserve the right to charge half the participation fee. The full participation fee will be payable for cancellation after this period or for non-attendance.
3. Modifications to the event We are entitled to make minor modifications as to instructors, event dates, venue or programme at any time.

Right of cancellation We shall be entitled to cancel the seminar for good cause - even at short notice - especially if - the minimum number of participants is not reached; - other essential conditions for conducting the seminar have changed. Already paid seminar fees will be reimbursed under these circumstances. Any further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.
