On October 1, 2005, the Aesculap Academy opened its doors in Germany’s most traditional house of medicine the “Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus” in the very heart of Berlin.
The historic Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus was reassigned to the German Society of Surgeons and the Berlin Medical Society after the reunification of Germany. The house has been renovated during the recent months with the support of B. Braun.
This traditional facility has re-established its vocation to be the meeting point for transfer of medical knowledge.
The three story auditorium is under monumental protection and seats 500 delegates. Different medical societies are represented with their offices in the Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus.
State-of-the-art seminar and workshop rooms of the Aesculap Academy are available for all types of medical training – enhancing the medical dialogue in a scientific environment.
